Alpha Requirements and expectations:

Weekly attendance (as much as possible) No MORE than 2 weeks off.

Professionalism and strict battle rules. (Battle comms)

Appropriate understanding of the team-play and ships needed.

Good teamwork and communication.

Listen to the caller and play by their call, and the ships they expect you to use.
Anyone can promote to alpha eventually when both the commander and the player feel ready and justified.​

PLAYERS THAT PROGRESS TO ALPHA, OR WHO ARE ALREADY IN ALPHA CAN ALSO BE MOVED BACK DOWN, DUE TO LACK OF COMMITMENT OR ANY OTHER REASON JUSTIFIED BY THE COMMANDER.
THESE TEAMS ARE SET TO THIS STANDARD TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THE CLAN. MOVING THE CLAN FORWARD, ALLOWING EVERYONE TO PLAY AND ENJOY THE SEASON. CHANGES MAY APPLY TO THE TEAMS THROUGHOUT THE SEASON.
